KU Galston Preschool

VISION FOR RECONCILIATION

KU Galston Preschool acknowledges that for many years Aboriginal people have continued to live in harmony with the Land on which our preschool now sits.

We want the children at our preschool to develop knowledge of and respect for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ histories, cultures and rights.

As our preschool philosophy focuses on sustainability and reducing our ecological footprint, we want to adopt principles and practices which reflect and support those of the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the Lands now called Australia, by valuing and recognising the contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples have supported here since the beginning of time
