VISION FOR RECONCILIATION

Giggles Early Learning Centre Lexington’s vision aims to respectfully include Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives and cultures into our everyday program, we understand the importance of recognising our nation’s true histories and the past, present and continuing cultures of Australia’s First Peoples. Giggles Early Learning Centre Lexington aims to reach out to our the local Dharug people and wider Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community members in a way that will foster deep rooted and meaningful relationships. We are passionate about creating a culturally safe environment where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples feel welcomed and included and, through these connections, we will respectfully learn about the stories, languages and Land of the local Traditional Custodians, the Dharug People.
