VISION FOR RECONCILIATION

Our vision for reconciliation is to recognise the special place Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people have within Australia and to respectfully share their story with our diverse community of families. We will achieve this by:

·         Creating a culture of understanding through building respectful relationships with local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, and actively recognising the Darug People of the Western Sydney area;

·         Providing ongoing professional development which will increase cultural appreciation and understanding;

·         Embedding practices which respect, celebrate and promote the histories and cultures Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
