KU - North Ryde Preschool

VISION FOR RECONCILIATION

KU North Ryde Preschool educators aim to recognise, respect and learn about the cultural identities of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in ways that matter to the children, their families, community and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff.

Educators will consider ways to connect with and seek guidance from the Darug people, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families and community members to develop our knowledge about the true histories, cultures and expectations of First Nations peoples in our community.

We plan to create a place to welcome everyone, to nurture a sense of belonging for all and to value diversity in our daily lives.
