Staff engage in a professional learning session focused specifically on the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers. Teachers and educators self-assess the level at which they are meeting Focus Area 2.4 (Understand and respect Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to promote reconciliation between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australians and non-Indigenous Australians) and develop personal strategies outlining how they plan to better address this Focus Area in the future.
