In this session, staff and RAP Working Group members put together an annual calendar of days of national significance. This calendar can be displayed and used as a reminder of upcoming days to be celebrated or commemorated with students, children and the community throughout the year. Staff and Working Group members also compare this calendar to a timeline of when these days were first celebrated or commemorated to deepen their understanding of Australia’s Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander history and the history of reconciliation in Australia.
