Our vision for reconciliation is to see an Australian community that embraces unity between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and all Australians. We will continue to create a community culture that understands equality and equity and acknowledges and accepts our shared history.
We aim to see our service grow in ways that respectfully incorporates the voices of thelocal Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community and the Traditional Custodians the Giabal and Farowair People.
We will continue to support children; staff and the wider community to deepen their understanding of the cultures and traditions of the Giabial and Farowair People.
Educators within our service are committed to being meaningful within our pedagogy and practice as we are incorporating activities and programs that intentionally teach children about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and perspectives.
