Our vision at Keiki Glendale is to continue to create a culturally safe and inclusive environment for all children, families, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community members, and the wider community. We are committed to respectfully drawing on knowledge, guidance and input from our families, staff and community to shape the path of our Reconciliation Action Plan. We are committed to deepening our knowledge and understanding of the cultures, histories, traditions and continuing contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples to ensure they are actively valued and respected. We recognise the importance of reconciliation and we appreciate, respect and embrace the knowledge and wisdom of Elders. By embracing Elders in the local community, we can continue to build meaningful and respectful relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples and promote reconciliation in the community.
