Our vision for St Stephen's Outside School Hours Care is to continue to recognise Traditional Owners of the Land our service is situated upon. Our role as educators is to broaden our knowledge and understanding by learning about and incorporating Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ histories and perspectives respectfully into our program. We actively invite educators, children, families, and the wider community to walk with us on this journey. We want to build positive and respectful relationships, to recognise, celebrate, embrace, and value the role of reconciliation in our learning community. We value the unique place of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, cultures and histories in our society. We strive for equality, equity and respect for diversity in our everyday practice.
