VISION FOR RECONCILIATION

Little Adventurers Early Learning is dedicated to promoting reconciliation by ensuring that all Australians have access to accurate and comprehensive education on Australian history, as well as the enduring effects of colonization on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, both in the past and in the present and future.

Our educators are committed to creating an inclusive environment where every Australian feels a profound sense of identity, growth, and belonging. Little Adventurers Early Learning acknowledges and respects Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples as the Traditional Custodians of the Lands throughout Australia.

Our educators embrace the value of providing high-quality care and education, enabling staff members to critically examine past practices and actively seek change to prevent any further misrepresentation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. We are dedicated to integrating an educational program that is inclusive and based on factual information, empowering future Australians to feel a sense of pride and confidence in the practices we impart.

Little Adventurers Early Learning's vision for reconciliation encompasses an environment where all individuals are treated with respect and fairness, regardless of their age, gender, or cultural background. We are deeply committed to cultivating and fostering strong collaborative relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples, ensuring that their voices are actively heard through our educational programs and practices.

In our educational endeavors, we include comprehensive education that promotes understanding and appreciation of the rich culture and heritage of the Dharug people. We strive to provide meaningful learning experiences that foster respect, inclusivity, and an understanding of the important contributions made by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities throughout history and into the future.
