Our vision for reconciliation is to move forward to a equal and equitable future with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and work towards ensuring equality equity, inclusivity, and wellbeing for First Nations Australians.
We are committed to integrating practices, accepting uniqueness and learning the old ways anew, to ensure we develop stronger understanding and relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples based on trust and respect.
We acknowledge that ‘reconciliation is everyone’s business’ and provide opportunities for our centres and their support networks to continue their reconciliation journeys on both personal and professional levels.
Creating a safe environment to allow each child, parent, educator, and community member the opportunity to explore First Nations peoples’ histories, cultures and perspectives. This will allow the current and next generation to have a deeper impact and understanding of the Land on which we stand.
