Waratah All Year Care Glencoe Primary

VISION FOR RECONCILIATION

At Waratah All Year Care Glencoe Primary, we strive to respectfully embed Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people’s cultures and histories and contributions into our service. We will engage with our local Bindjareb community and ensure we are able to educate ourselves, our families and the children in our care and in a respectful and truthful manner.

We will continue to ensure that our local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community feel welcome and represented. We wish for all attending our service to feel that they can express their culture and identity without prejudice and celebrate days of significance with other children and staff.

Our inclusive program, policies, educational program, curriculum, meeting and training opportunities will reflect our commitment to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and peoples.
