Aberdene Children's Centre - Family Day Care

VISION FOR RECONCILIATION

Our vision is to create a space where authentic connections to people, place and the Land are at the forefront of what we do. These connections will be fostered with a strong sense of respect and empowerment.

We aim to continuously and respectfully embed Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives within our environment, language and programs. These perspectives will guide inclusive practice while supporting children to explore histories, traditions and customs and meaningfully engage in diverse experiences.

Reconciliation and knowledge sharing will be influenced through engagement, seeking, sharing, supporting and continuous reflection.
