We at Kids & Co recognise and value Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as an important part of Australia's heritage, and as being connected to the oldest continuing cultures in human history. We believe we can contribute to reconciliation in raising a future generation that is free of prejudice, discrimination and racism, providing justice and equity for all. We are committed to building stronger relationships between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and non-Indigenous Australians by developing and deepening a holistic approach to fostering and embedding a high level of knowledge and pride in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and cultures, and by respectfully sharing histories, cultures and contributions throughout our everyday programs and practices. We will continue to raise awareness of the importance of reconciliation and to be co-learners in our reconciliation journey, as it is a journey we want to walk in partnership with our community, as we all have a role to play.
