Our vision is to maintain a special place where everyone can respectfully learn about, and strengthen their appreciation of, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and cultures. We will continue to build a profound awareness, respect, and understanding of First Nations peoples among all members of our early learning community. Through our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), we are committed to empowering our team with cultural responsiveness, enabling them to connect and collaborate with First Nations peoples and respectfully include First Nations perspectives in our service. Educators’ growing knowledge and understanding will flow into the children's learning experiences, broadening their understanding of the world and nurturing their appreciation of the rich and diverse cultures of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
