Our continued vision for reconciliation is an Australia that facilitates love, trust, respect, compassion, and historical acceptance of Australia's shared history between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and non-Indigenous people and embracing our future together. We aim to do this by building respectful relationships with the Birpai People and other Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community members. We are committed to fostering and environment that promotes human rights and equal and equitable opportunities. We are committed to developing our understanding of the unique and diverse cultures of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, and we will encourage collective thinking between staff, children, families, and the wider community. It is Australia's long-standing histories of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people’s continuing resilience and contributions that we recognise, respect, and aim to learn from and teach about, to ensure positive steps are taken towards a reconciled Australia.
