Our vision at Creative Childcare Hunter St, is to recognise and acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the Land, the Awabakal and Worimi people. We aim to respectfully embed Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives in our educational program and practices. We acknowledge the past historical injustices and have a commitment to move forward in unity together. We envision a community where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples are treated equally and equitably, where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ cultures and histories are valued and respected. Our aim is to unite as one, collaborate together and learn from each other's cultures and traditions to promote an inclusive environment for both children and families, where we can learn and grow together towards reconciliation. Creative Childcare Hunter St would like to acknowledge the Traditional Owners, the Awabakal and Worimi people of the Lands, we learn and play on today.
