Our vision for reconciliation is a community where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and our community at Busy Bees at Crace can work together in a spirit of trust and openness to bring about hope, healing, and justice. This is a community that acknowledges and respects the unique cultures, histories, and perspectives of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. As early educators, our philosophy aims to create the pathways for the new generation to promote and create a respectful and culturally responsive nation through equity, inclusion, and the provision of equal and equitable educational opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Through our commitment to reconciliation we will work to build a community that is culturally safe for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and based on respectful and reciprocal relationships.
