Our vision for reconciliation here at Dreamtimes Childcare is to continue to acknowledge the truth of the past and present of all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and strive for an equal and equitable future. We work together to achieve a common goal of respectful reciprocal relationships based on trust, understanding and respect. This is an ongoing process that is at the forefront of our daily communications and learning experiences. We acknowledge Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders past and present and welcome them into our service. We promote this vision at our service by offering an inclusive and unbiased approach to learning that respectfully includes Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander practices, cultures, and languages.
