Goodstart Burleigh

VISION FOR RECONCILIATION

Goodstart Burleigh is committed to nurturing the concept of cultural competence for all members of our centre and wider community by respectfully embedding and embracing cultural diversity within our everyday practice. We acknowledge and respect the local Kombumerri culture and recognise Kombumerri people both past and present. We value and celebrate the uniqueness of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander knowledges, cultures, histories and languages that have continued to be shared for thousands of years. We use this understanding to foster our Centre Vision of turning educational moments into memories that last a lifetime.
