As we excitedly move into our fifth RAP, we will continue to embed Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives respectfully and in a meaningful way into our learning and practices. We are committed to continuing to build relationships with local Elders and community members; actively value First Peoples’ contributions; and be active participants in events or initiatives of significance to the local Aboriginal community. We will work towards being more purposeful in educating our Kingdom Kids and OSHC community about reconciliation in education.
We are continuing to strive towards integrating a holistic approach to embedding Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Cultures and ways of Knowing and Being to ensure a stronger future for all people and, through authentic story-sharing, to respectfully support the continuation of knowledge about and respectfor traditions, Lore, Songlines and lived histories.
We will commit to actively listening to the voices and perspectives of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community members on our journey.
