At Goodstart Sunbury Ligar Street, our vision for reconciliation means to create and support an understanding of and connecting with the Local First Nations community. We believe that teaching children, families and educators about social justice and promoting awareness of Australia's true history and contemporary experience is vital to understanding reconciliation. We believe that by embedding this into our practice, children are beginning to develop an appreciation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives.
At Goodstart Sunbury Ligar St, we ensure that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives are respectfully included in our pedagogy.
