KU - Corrimal East Pre-School

VISION FOR RECONCILIATION

Our vision for reconciliation is to continue to increase our understanding of the histories and cultures of the First Nations People of Australia, celebrating their achievements and resilience, whilst developing meaningful relationships founded on respect.

We want the educators, families and children in our Preschool to develop a knowledge of and respect for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders histories, cultures and rights.

We aim to provide a culturally safe environment, where children, families, educators and the wider community demonstrate a genuine commitment towards respect, support, development and self-determination of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, facilitating our journey together.
