Our vision for reconciliation is to maintain a diverse and cohesive community that welcomes all its members and recognises the value that each member brings; an environment where staff, children and families feel a sense of belonging and strong connections with community and Country and where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people’s cultural identities are respected.

We maintain our commitment to reconciliation so that we can facilitate change in the next generation. Deepening our awareness, knowledge and respect for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and histories will benefit children from an early age.

The working group will continue to develop and implement ideas, strategies and goals to enhance further inclusion in our service of all cultures, celebrate and recognise cultures, traditions and histories of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and ensure all children have equal and equitable opportunities for success
