The Kindiclub Preschool’s vision is to strive to respectfully include the perspectives, strengths, and ways of learning of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and from all cultures into everyday practices and environment that promote dignity, equality, equity, and respect.
On our journey for reconciliation, we commit to establishing a community that is inclusive, respectful and willing to gain knowledge about Darkinjung Country, the Darkinjung people, their language, histories and contributions.
Based on our reconciliation journey so far, our next steps involve acknowledging how much we have grown as learners thus far and continue challenging our own biases. We will continue to enable young children’s understanding of diversity that is represented in our country through establishing and building upon already existing relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and the Darkinjung Country.
