At Goodstart Merrylands we are committed to deepening  our knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and cultures. Our vision is to respectfully embed a love for learning that allows children and educators to embark on a continued learning journey to further their knowledge of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ histories and cultures and ways of being.

 Our vision for reconciliation is for our educators, children and community of families to engage with reconciliation on both a personal and professional level, ensuring Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ social justice, equality and equity.

Through this vision, we are laying the foundations to grow future generations that value and recognise Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and heritages as a proud part of a shared identity.
