VISION FOR RECONCILIATION

The Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) reflects our service’s genuine commitment to advancing reconciliation through quality education. It was implemented to be a priority in our strategic plan since 2005-2021 as we endeavour to continue this journey for future generations. Our organisation has always had and is committed to continuing, a productive and positive relationship with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, families, visitors and the community.

The RAP program will continuously guide our service to move forward as we collaboratively continue to work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Our mission is to empower all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and non-Indigenous children to value the importance of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultural beliefs and traditions in connection with the Early Years Learning Framework. At Rainbow Paradise Preschool we are proud to share in one of the richest and oldest continuing cultures in the world.
