Our service believes that Reconciliation means valuing and recognising the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples' cultures and heritages as part of a shared national identity and we continue our commitment in sharing our developing knowledge and understanding of First Nations cultures with the wider community.  

Our vision for reconciliation is to create equity, equality and unity by educating children, staff and families about the true histories, cultures and perspectives of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’. We continue to build generations that develop an historical acceptance of the national injustices and impacts since colonisation, and recognises and values the traditions and customs of diverse First Nations Cultures. We do this through providing children authentic, engaging and culturally appropriate learning experiences, and by embedding learning in the curriculum and through meaningful engagement with Aboriginal and Torres Strait community stakeholders.
