Understanding that the students of today have the potential to be future leaders, we will also support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students’ empowerment and foster equal and equitable opportunities for all students to succeed and create pathways for staff, students, families and the wider to community to deepen their understandings of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, histories and cultures.  We will acknowledge that each and every Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander student is capable, and we will engage all students in actively recognising the significance of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander histories and cultures in shaping the learners and leaders we have today. As a school, we will foster unity between staff, students, families and the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community and  and all members of our educational and wider local community.
