VISION FOR RECONCILIATION

Tamborine Mountain College’s vision is;

  • For our future children, staff, parents, families and the wider community to develop an understanding of the First Peoples of Australia.
  • To respectfully share knowledge about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people’s cultures and histories with the children so that they to grow their knowledge and understanding.
  • For staff to immerse themselves into learning and understanding reconciliation and to implement these in their lives and by natural course this service and the children within
  • To nurture a vibrant and connected community that welcomes all its members and values Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, cultures, histories and contributions.
