VISION FOR RECONCILIATION

The Farmhouse Montessori School acknowledges and values the cultural histories, heritage and traditions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. We value an inclusive workplace built on mutual respect, where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, communities and cultures are recognised, valued and celebrated. Our vision for reconciliation is nurturing a vibrant and connected community that welcomes all its members and values Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and peoples. We want to work closely with stakeholders, partners and the local community to enable us to foster an authentic learning environment.
