Engaging all Staff in the Development of your RAP

overview

While developing and implementing the Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) is led by the RAP Working Group, input and effort from all staff is essential. This resource outlines ideas for involving all staff in the development of the school or early learning service’s RAP. The RAP Working Group should encourage all staff to learn more about Narragunnawali: Reconciliation in Education and to get involved. It is also valuable to include children and student representative bodies in the RAP development process. Any of the suggestions in this resource can be adapted for use with students and children.
