Reconciliation Every Day (Early Learning)

overview

Educators help children to think about reconciliation as something you can do both every day and on days of national significance. Children will talk about acts of reconciliation they could do every day, such as an Acknowledgement of Country. They will also talk about days of special national significance. Children will understand that working towards reconciliation is an ongoing, everyday process to which everyone can contribute and that there are a number of especially significant days that provide an opportunity to learn more about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander histories and cultures and the history of reconciliation in Australia.
